Privacy comes first
It is important to define if the information shared on a conversation using GLHomes will be tracked. Depending on this, different criteria will apply to the app interactions, such as legal disclaimers that will be shown to users for acknowledgement.
Work together with your business stakeholders and developing teams to clearly define this prior starting the design phase.
Do not use the Chat as main interaction component
The Chat component must be considered a secondary functionality that supports other tasks and flows of the business processes. Be mindful of this when creating the layout and interactions.
